The Challenge

Application:  2 Floor Anchored Curved Video Walls   55" LG LV77A displays

Property:   TV Studio Set, Late Night TV Program

Opportunity: Design two curved video walls. The first one is 8x4 and the second is a 6x4 configuration.

Must be anchored in two locations, below a raised floor and to a ceiling grid for support, since there is no back wall available.

Must match the curve of the TV studio set design, with leveling capabilities to overcome unevenness of raised flooring.

Must have fast & easy service access for any display within the configuration, with an open frame design to easily reach the rear of the video wall system.
 
 
The Solution - Action Taken

Premier Mounts designed a welded tube steel support video wall frame with integrated leveling feet to compensate for the unevenness of the raised studio set flooring.

The support frame worked with the LMV Press & Release™ Pop Out Mount for video walls

Adjustable height anchor plates allowed for fixed attachment to the concrete slab below the raised floor, and Cheeseborough clamps attached the frame to the ceiling grid for additional support.

Tie brackets also kept each individual frame system in place to create one large integrated solution.
