Orlando, FL | May, 2019 - Marking their 40th anniversary, Renkus-Heinz will debut several of this year's hottest new products at the InfoComm show as temperatures reach into the 90s in sunny Orlando. Led by new company president Matthew Czyzewski and Chief Technology Officer Ralph Heinz, the legendary loudspeaker manufacturer will exhibit at Booth 6643, with product demonstrations in Demo Room W221BC.
Among the featured products will be the all new IC-Live X series high-powered steerable arrays. With greater power density, higher output, simple integrated hardware, and a unique coaxial driver arrangement, the IC-Live X brings a new level of flexibility for integrators, contractors, and production/rental houses.
Be sure to check out the new P series premium compact point-source loudspeakers and S-series subwoofers. Featuring the latest-generation Complex Conic horn geometry, coupled with patented CoEntrant Mid/High driver technology, P series loudspeakers deliver uncompromising detail and extreme sound pressure levels. Advanced amplification, processing, and protection provide the ultimate in performance, consistency, and reliability to address the acoustical and logistical challenges of live sound reinforcement from mains and fills to stage and control room monitoring.
Renkus-Heinz will also show the new DC12/2 ultra-compact, steerable directivity controlled array, which brings the clarity, intelligibility, and control of the famed ICONYX digitally steered line arrays to smaller but equally challenging spaces. The first product in the new Directivity Control series, the DC12/2 is a self-powered column speaker with 12 2-inch full range drivers, 12 amplifier/DSP channels, and predefined presets that enable users to use a smartphone to choose between directivity options. Applications include main speakers in small venues, fill speakers for transepts or balcony fill, choir monitoring, and overflow-room fill speakers.
Proving yet again that good things come in small packages, the IC12/3 is a full-blown ICONYX loudspeaker in a smaller, high-value form factor. It incorporates all the features that have made ICONYX an industry-leading steerable solution, employing 12 3-inch full range drivers with broad horizontal coverage and 12 amplifier/DSP channels to deliver high granularity for maximum steerability.
