SUDBURY, Mass. -- Feb. 5, 2015 -- Revolabs(R), the premier provider of audio solutions for unified communications (UC), enterprise collaboration, and professional audio applications, today announced that Jim Fairweather, executive vice president of global sales for the company, will present a session titled "UC Audio Deployments" at ISE 2015. Part of the event's Unified Communications Theatre series, the speaking session will take place on Feb. 12 at 1:30 p.m. at the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre.
During the session, Fairweather will discuss the trending acceleration of deployments of video and audio (UC) communications and describe which issues arise and which have been resolved to ensure these deployments operate smoothly.
"After another year of UC communications changes, the market is showing a real acceleration in the number of deployments," said Fairweather. "We're finally seeing a pickup in IT departments installing A/V in more and more huddle rooms and deploying UC clients office-wide on desktops."
With over 30 years in the high technology industry, Fairweather brings an intimate knowledge of UC to Revolabs. Previously, he served as vice president of worldwide sales for Hewlett Packard Visual Collaboration Business Unit; as vice president, Americas and U.S. sales at Polycom, PictureTel, and MCI WorldCom; and most recently vice president of worldwide channel sales for Vidyo. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bentley University and has completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan.
